Cambell Walker
Founder and Resident Choreographer
Performing Arts Director for Marina Youth Arts, Cambell, has been dancing since she was two years old. She became a teacher's assistant at age thirteen (and continued for the next five years) for Dianne Lyle, at the Difranco Dance Project in Pacific Grove, CA. A lead instructor since 2023, Cambell specializes in various styles of Latin dance, as well as of Contemporary -- pulling from her training in Afro-Latin Jazz.
Kannika Hissom
Dancer (2026)
Kannika yearned, but lacked access to dance in her early life. As an adult, she sought training. Schools turned her away, claiming she was too old, too short, or lacked the right physique. Undeterred, Kannika rewrote her narrative, quickly developing her technique across multiple dance styles at Synergy Dance + Fitness and Dancenter.
As a dedicated mother and professional artist, she finds fulfillment through dance and sets an example for her daughters.
